Merry Christmas

The Hutton gang must have been good this year....

oooh, he came!

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve started out with cocktails and cheer with our good friends the Osol's, then back to our house for dinner with Grandma, Aunt Pat, Uncle Keith and Aunt Amanda.  They brought lots of presents, drums and motor cycles, puzzles and snow globes.  We sprinkled the reindeer food, and hoped that Santa would find us that night.

Rocking around the Christmas Tree

Like most NYers, we tend to avoid the tourist traps as often as possible.  But we have a soft spot for Rockefellar center, especially at Christmas.  There's something magical about seeing that tree stand so tall over the ice skating rink.  Even walking through the hustle bustle adds to the effect.  Grahm seems to have inherited our excitement, Aubrey was more impressed by her water bottle.

Santa, not Satan

Aubrey hardly ever seems phased -not scared of clowns, costumed characters or any of her brothers super hero villians -but oh boy, was she scared of Santa!  She took one look at him and started crying.  We still managed to have a nice day strolling around Old Westbury Gardens.
