Last Licks

We got to spend the last week of summer in our favorite summer place- Cape Cod.  We crammed in as many summer activities as possible in our week -sand castles, ice cream cones, dips in the pool and mini golf.  We enjoyed swinging on the beach at night, feeling the crisp fall air creep in.  We also had our first campfire together.  We were only here 8 weeks before, yet Aubrey seems to have aged so much more than that.  This visit she was cruising around, chatting away, grabbing french fries from our fish and chip plates.  We just love having her here with us.

I can't wait til I can jump on the trampolines!

A spontaneous kitchen photo shoot makes for some wonderful keepsakes.  Aubrey is 8 months old!

spaghetti slurps

Two little teeth have surfaced, and with that Aubrey is eating more and more real food -like tonight, when she and Grahm had spaghetti.  She loved slurping and smacking those noodles right in.  And Bean loved all that didn't quite make it.

Aunt Amanda is now a media coordinator for a nail polish company -and so Aubrey Jean celebrated appropriately.  You should hear all the compliments at the playground!
